Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
The Soulegria Intensive Outpatient program was created for individuals that need a higher level of care other then weekly therapy. Whether this interest is by self, parent/guardian, courts or probation we can help. We hold various groups each week that cover a host of individualized therapies and groups that the indvidual may need. We can find a group for you whether that is virtual telehealth or in person. Does Soulegria use general treatment modalities?
Soulegria is not trying to reinvent the wheel. Instead, we assimilate an already-proven-to-be treatment modalities, including DBT, CBT, Experiential Therapies and other valuable psychotherapy modalities, with our effective provenly model.
We know that group participation is key to creating healthy living skills, and support, which is a highly personalized and nuanced treatment for our clientele. Some of our groups include our Leadership program for young adults between 18 and 25 who are battling addictions alone.Teen groups for individuals under 18 and their families. Womens and mens program groups for those that need to address the issues of their persona and help develop healthy relationship skills among those individuals and members of their families. These services are often a huge benifit for parents of a struggling child who may not fit in with other groups and where location or other opportunities are a factor. It important for parents of struggling young adults or teens to understand they are not alone.

IOP or Intensive Outpatient Therapy is specifically for individuals who need an intervention program better then weekly therapy. This can be helpful specifically for Young adult men and women and teens who attend Intensive outpatient therapy.
The Following is what you may be able to suspect from an intensive outpatient program.
Daily group - Group therapy 3-5 times a week either on site, in the office or through telehealth. We know this is not always easy but we the benifits can be pretty amazing.
Weekly Individul therapy - Weekly therapy with the individual that will address their specific treatment goals and need for support.
Weekly family therapy or coaching session - We know that not everything we discuss can fit into a box. For these moments and areas our coaches are right here to support you in your journey.

Peer Mentor - Clients are often given a mentor living in the area who can support them in their individual services and ensure their is someone locally to assist them when the get .
